Hi there! I wanted to reach out and see if anyone is having issues with selling the sleep appliances due to deductible not being met on the insurance yet. Patients are not seeing the benefit of the appliance over the cost of meeting their deductible. Any verbiage being used that helps with this?
Many times the patients deductibles are so high and never met- that a great solution is to offer a CASH price for the appliance. The patients are very receptive to this solution. This can not be used to go toward the deductible.
